Order Philosophy
It is our goal to make ordering Canvas Home Basics Products simple and easy. We offer a low minimum order of $50, inner pack in small quantities and work hard to provide the best service possible.
Order
By phone, fax, or e-mail. Our toll free order number is 1.866.376.9961 in United States and Canada. Outside United States and Canada call 479.756.9961 - include your telephone number on all orders.
Payment
We accept both Master Card and VISA. Please include full credit card number, expiration date and signature with all mailed or faxed orders. We are happy to set up an account with 30-day payment terms. Please complete our credit application or call 1.866.376.9961. Bank Checks and Money Orders accepted. No C.O.D. orders. Freight will be calculated at time of shipment at published rates. Estimated shipping costs can be provided.
Shipping Information
We work hard to find the best shipping method possible. We use Fed Ex Ground, UPS, Common Carrier and Customer Provided Carrier. Shipments will be sent from our main warehouse in Springdale, Arkansas with the exception of paint which will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. We are happy to work with you on expedited shipments, we do however require the request in writing via fax or e-mail. Please call customer service for details. We work hard to be 100% in-stock. In case we are not, we will cancel the products from the order to expedite the order.
Canadian Customers
We recommend the use of credit card (Visa or Master Card) for ease of money conversion from Canadian to US dollars. In the event that is not possible please utilize a money order in US dollars. Shipping and duty fees are not included in our pricing or estimates, these will be added to invoice at the time of order.
Outside United States

Setting Up An Account
Canvas Corp is a wholesale-based company. We invite retailers, interior designers and decorators, schools and universities and design-based agencies to set up an account. All products are shipped in inner pack or master pack quantites. Please call customer service for more details on setting up an account. For all retail orders, please locate a retailer or designer in your area from our web site.
